door killea

In waking hours I touch you
moments still with tenderness
every second, a memory held
with every fibre of my being
forever written, vivid golden letters
in the diary of my mind

connected, so deep within my core
alone, I still feel your voice
hear the songs you write for me,
your whispers carried on clouds
golden rain on my aching soul
until we touch again…
