love always evolving
to levels of colours
with eyes closed
I saw more clearly
than ever before,
I adore, I could barely breathe
opened my hands
presented it to you dearly
and you took it, painted it,
as you pleased
with rainbows,
waterfalls, sea and song
my faith was strong
but never eased
colours changed
into greens and blues
knock-outs, fights,
confusion, disillusion
all the darkness
in different hues
then you take
a new brush to paint again
light, delight,
super bright with all your might
moon, stars,
blood red wine,
satin beds to stain
didn't know how much
I could hate the night and you
filled with thoughts
of malicious retribution
yearning for your touch,
so deep, so known
and then we touch base
for some lovelution
