Broken she wanders alone with thoughts
of all the good times in the past
the sadness that was brought
buries her under so fast
never to be forgotten, she cried
she loved so deeply, forgave so much
she mourns for him as if he had died
remembering his magical touch
she cried, tears of burning blood
but fair is fair, they say
she'd given him fair warning
so it had to end this way
separation, death, a new dawning
lies and trust cannot mend
his seven-year itch too strong
untruths drove her round the bend
though loving him was right, solong…

broken, wandering along with her sorrow
in her mind she goes for a while far away
she'll make a decision tomorrow
if she gets through the night of this day
