the fog not lifted, so still
see nothing much
but soon I will
a hundred-fold I spoke
should I have hushed
now the silence enfolds
souls feel crushed
as the mist dissipates
I have reached the sea
lapping ice-cold calling
tempting hand stretched to me
far in the distance
horizon shows a streak
a promise of light
in a mystery so bleak
dreams remembered
