Australian and New Zealand Army Corps


Take a moment to commemorate
ANZAC DAY which honours
those that died in WWI and WWII
just as I will stand still
for those who died here for you
Australians who fought in Vietnam
who came home in body bags
as they do from Afghanistan
and all the wars in between
today we wear a poppy
signifying Flanders, and for all at rest
they were all so young
all did their best…
